What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you get in touch with us using a contact form, we receive the relevant information you provide in the form through an email message. We do not track the IP address you are using to send the form, nor any other information that is not explicitly displayed within the form itself.
Cookies are pieces of data containing a unique, anonymous identifier, created when you visit a site. They are stored in the cookie directory of your hard drive and do not necessarily expire at the end of your session.
Thresholds of the Soul website does not use first-party cookies, nor does our website elicit or store any information from users other than the Internet Protocol address of the computer used to access the site.
Cookies on this site may safely be turned off by users without affecting how pages are displayed. Cookies can be disabled by adjusting your web browser settings. Alternatively, you may install a browser extension, such as Ghostery, to that aim, while also optionally getting more fine-grained control over which cookies are allows and which are not.

As part of the registration process for our electronic newsletters, we collect personal information that you provide us with via our online forms, namely; your full name and your email address. We collect this information to:
- Send newsletters containing our latest news, activities, information we feel you might find interesting and requests.
- Check our records are correct.
We do not rent or trade your name or email address with any other organisations and businesses.
What rights you have over your data
Since Thresholds of the Soul do not provide you with a personal account on this site, nor allows you to post comments, the only data that we may know about you is your name and email address — if you have provided them to us using one of our contact form. As mentioned above we store that information in a MailChimp’s list to be able to send out periodic newsletters. We do not sell nor share in any other ways your personal information.
You can at any time ask us to provide detail of all your personal data we store, as well as correct or remove it altogether. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list either by using the unsubscribe link provided in any newsletter, or by following the “unsubscribe from this list” link place at the bottom of each page of this Website.

If you are a visitor/customer located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Thresholds of the Soul is the data controller of your personal information.
